What is included in my stay?

Your nightly stay includes access to your private tent, cabin or treehouse, Your concierge rate includes a complimentary breakfast and a packaged lunch delivered to your accommodation each morning by 9am. We also provide a complimentary assortment of beer, wine and cocktails in your mini fridge, replenished each day by our housekeeping team, based on your preferences. You'll also have access to our miles of hiking and amenities. Complimentary lawn games and board games are available at the Market Shed. When is check-in and check out?

Check in is at 3:30pm and checkout is at 11am. Please contact concierge@elkandembers.com if you need to request an earlier check in or later check out time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Guests are required to provide a credit card for any incidental charges. You will also be required to sign a waiver.

Does my stay include food?

Can I bring my pet?

At this time, no animals are allowed on site, with the exclusion of verified service animals. If you need accommodations for your pet, we can refer you to a local boarding facility.

Do you offer WiFi?

Yes! Complimentary WiFi is offered at all of our accommodations. Your room is also outfitted with charging stations and outlets as a courtesy. Due to the elevation and location of the Smoky Mountains, not all carriers will have service at Elk & Embers.

Do you observe quiet hours?

Yes, we do. Quiet hours begin at 10pm through 7am the following morning. Out of respect for all of our guests, we ask you to limit noise during this time period.

Do you have a trail map of the property?

Will I see wildlife on the property?

Yes, you may! Because our property is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, we have an abundance of wildlife. You may see deer, turkey, fox, salamanders, bear, elk, grouse, woodpeckers and more! Please do not engage with any wildlife, and please DO NOT feed any animals.

Will I have access to a golf cart?

Yes! While all of our amenities are accessible by foot, you will have the use of one of our golf carts during your stay. Every person utilizing a golf cart will need to watch our safety video and sign a waiver of release.
